Job Summary

The Business Change Country Support Lead will support the delivery of projects within the Skype for Business program to aid the adoption of new Skype services in countries by being accountable for the control and escalation of business change management related issues as well as developing and delivering business change artifacts. They will work within a matrix management structure, having reporting responsibilities to the Business Change Lead as well as the Project Managers.

Qualifications:

Your key responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain strong business relationships with key stakeholders within IT Services and various countries to ensure program and business alignment

  • Work with the Project Manager to ensure the development and delivery of the project’s business change, training and communications plans promote the acceptance and usage of the services introduced in countries

  • Develop and maintain appropriate Business Change artefacts to support the delivery of a deployment/enablement

  • Work closely with the internal communications teams (global and local) to develop and manage the delivery of communications and learning for the new service specific to country requirements

  • Provide support and guidance on best practice communications and business change impacts to Project Managers to ensure successful delivery of projects to end users

  • Identify business change impacts arising from introduction of new service and account for these in the project change plan

  • Knowledge, understanding and experience of business change management approach and methodology

  • Strong verbal and written skills including strong cross-cultural communication and the ability to draft effective communications

  • Ability to work credibly with senior stakeholders

  • Ability to work with people in a variety of countries and time zones

  • Excellent people management skills

  • Strong collaborator who values teaming

  • Self-driven and ability to work independently without detailed oversight

To qualify for the role you must have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience, mainly in business analysis or business change management

  • Strong background in project management and stakeholder management
