SUMMARY OF ROLE

The Project Coordinator role is administrative, analytic and coordinative in nature. This person is primarily dedicated to supporting the Project Admin Team Lead and Project Admin Manager, by administering quality control measures, Project Scheduling, creating Residential Project in Salesforce tools NA29, providing document control and audit support, updating department SharePoint site, and other duties as required.

New Homes Project Coordinator reports to Project Admin Team Lead of GBFS and will be responsible for the correctness of over all Residential Project information, over-all management of system of record and other requirements.

Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or its equivalent in education and experience, preferably in Business Communications or Information Technology. Plus two (2) year senior administrator, quality controls, project scheduling, sales support coordinator or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Deliverables (Philippines)

  • Preparation/Creation/ Execution of Residential Project in Salesforce tools NA29

  • Project Scheduling Coordination

  • Monthly Status Report

  • Quarterly Department Report

  • Other deliverables as assigned

Responsibilities

  1. Communicate regularly and effectively with Project Managers, NA Project Administrators

  2. Preparation and execution of Residential Projects in NA29

  3. Implements specific quality control measures on RP Creation

  4. NH Internal Scheduling (Labor Schedule) and Partner Scheduling

  5. Create and modify the schedule, detailing each sequence of work that should be done at a particular time

  6. Incorporate inputs from various departments (Design, Procurement, Supply Chain, Construction Management…) to update forecasted milestone completions in project schedules and determine impact on other dependent milestones

  7. Responsible for evaluating the progress of projects and prepare regular updates

  8. Provide input in developing work schedules as part of estimating cost of projects, illustrating project timelines and milestones

  9. Coordinate and consult with relevant project team members to ensure the completion of proper planning before a project is started

  10. Assist Project Managers in generating schedules for immediate implementation, as well as monitor the same schedule’s impact on the master schedule

  11. Prepare weekly metrics

  12. Address exceptions to workflows and coordinate with team members to continuously improve processes

  13. Manage and submit task and status report as needed

  14. Responsible for all data entry and report generation as needed to perform the job

  15. Documents all processes and procedures

  16. Performs other duties as assigned
