JOB RESPONSIBILITIES include the following (other duties may be assigned):

  • Be one of the Finance business partner of the Executive and attend meetings to facilitate resolution of finance and accounting issues within the Executive’s organization

  • Perform financial forecasting (AOP, BOQ, and Outlook), variance analysis of actual vs. budget (vs forecast) and assist the organization in meeting its target by working on various financial models that would provide viable solutions in committing to plan.

  • Analyze monthly, quarterly and annual results and make sure that financial information has been recorded accurately and reported to the Executive in a timely manner.

  • Monitor and ensure that the organization’s financial activities are within budget.

  • Approves purchase requisitions for the Executive’s organization within required turnaround time.

  • Support the 5-day close process by timely booking of accruals and reclassifications on a monthly basis

  • Submit monthly Flash reports as required by US Corporate for EOQ/Outlook reporting

  • Support the Opex cycle review by providing flux analysis and outlook specific to assigned Opex organization.

  • Collaborate with various teams to resolve issues and respond to queries, ensuring quick turnaround time to resolve or report.

  • Commit to continuous improvement and SOX compliance to internal controls.

  • Participate in FP&A's projects and initiatives and contribute to team effort by accomplishing the results needed.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy

  • 3+ years of directly related experience.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficient with MS Office Suite; advanced Excel analysis skills (i.e. VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, macros, etc.) and PowerPoint skills.

  • Experience with Anaplan, Essbase and Oracle a plus.

  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment and work independently

  • Action oriented with strong analytical and problem solving skills

  • Able to juggle multiple projects & tasks and successfully prioritize and deliver results in the face of competing business interests
