SunPower is seeking an Order to Cash Sr. Manager for the multi-function internal shared services organization located in Laguna Technopark (Philippines). This individual play a critical role as part of the senior leadership team in strategic decision making and operations management. The Sr. Manager for Order to Cash reports to the General Manager and will be responsible for end to end O2C organization.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following (other duties may be assigned):
Lead the GBFS regional Order to Cash (O2C) teams (Americas, Europe, APAC, rest of world) responsible for the following order to cash processes:
Order Management and partner support (front and back support for Sales Team)
Order Fulfillment, Demand Planning
Logistics Transportation Management
Invoicing and Invoice Disputes Handling
Return Materials Authorization (RMA)
Accounts Receivable Reconciliation and Collection
AR Accounting and Reporting
Invoice Compliance, Dealer Compliance
Controls (Order to Cash Controls)
Responsible for ensuring that the O2C Team deliver world class performance
Manage and communicate updates and changes to order to cash processes, ensuring all regional business units and order to cash teams are aligned and have a common goal
Maintain strong relationship with internal and external business stakeholders
Work closely with internal teams (IT, Finance, Sales) to implement and optimize current and future Order to Cash systems and workflow processes
Continually evaluate the accuracy, quality, timeliness and effectiveness of all order to cash operations processes and reports
Maintain predictable consistency in all elements of operational performance throughout the value stream to meet and exceed SLA's and KPIs under laid out policies and procedures.
Oversee organization resources and planning, capacity plan, resource augmentation and executes strategies for growth and expansion.
Drive implementation of new technology solutions to improve overall customer experience including the development of process and system requirements, testing plans and training programs.
Drive process improvement through automation, process re-engineering
Interact with offshore teams and work on business process improvements and transformation
RELATED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Educational: Bachelor’s degree preferably in Finance or Accounting
At least 10-year relevant experience; Shared Services or BPO industry preferred
Possess a high caliber of customer service, accounting, and credit and collection skills
Proven ability in meeting business and organizational objectives
Excellent leadership and managerial skills: Communication, People Management, Decision Making, Negotiation, Project Management, Problem Solving, Collaborative and possesses an entrepreneurial mindset.
Has the passion for quality, continuous improvement, process excellence and innovation
Knowledge and experience of O2C (Order to Cash) process
Experience in ERP order management, order fulfilment, shipping, invoicing, credit and accounts receivable. Oracle experience is a plus.
Knowledge and exposure to SOX, ISO and Lean
Must be willing to work on night shift and can adopt to different time zones as needed
Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with executive-level partners.
Strong analytical skills – the ability to monitor performance and identify trends and then make appropriate adjustments to strategy and execution
Proven capability to work cross functionally in a matrix environment; can deliver results through others not under direct governance, including managing a remote call center and a dispersed global team
Ability and desire to work in a dynamic and fast-paced business environment
