ON Semiconductor Customer Service Representative/Shared Service in Carmona, Cavite, Philippines

Position 1 - This position will be responsible to support projects and reports for the global Service Operations. Projects may cover productivity improvement, simplfication of day-to-day activities, automation or semi--automation of manual tasks, etc. This person will take up some customer accounts too and perform Customer Service Representative (CSR) functions. CSR is the first point of contact of both external and internal customers. Responsibilities of a CSR include managing customers' orders, requests, and e-mails while collaborating internally which includes supply chain, Sales, Global Service Management, Marketer, Business Units, Quality, and Finance.

Position 1 - Understanding and experience in project management, high in excel, powepoint, and otther effective tools to create and run reports/projects. As a function of CSR, required are thorough knowledge and understanding of semiconductor manufacturing/supply chain and terminologies, high in customer service, written and verbal communication skills, data analysis and problem solving, strong interpersonal skills, innovative, creative/resourceful, proactive, smart, organized, systematic, and sociable.
