Job title: Kinaxis Competency Center Expert

Location: Cavite (Philippines)

Kinaxis Competency Center is currently split between Barcelona(Spain) and Cavite(Philippines)

Schedule: Full-time

Mission: Give support to users of Kinaxis (Global Planning tool for GSC, giving support to SIOP Process).

Initial training:The candidates will start with a training of 2-3 months in Barcelona.

Detailed description:

  • Support issues and requests that users can face using Kinaxis. (Managing a ticketing tool to collect requests and measure support team performace).

  • Collaboration in the implementation of support process, relationships with key-users, Kinaxis BPE (business process experts), IPO and Kinaxis support center.

  • Cooperate in the knowledge management of the tool:

  • new releases and bug fixing

  • best practices

  • tool enhancements

  • Reporting performance metrics for Kinaxis and participate in improvement plans (including tool response time).

  • Collaboration with Global Master Data Team.

  • Animation of the Kinaxis community in collaborative platform.

Educational Requirements:

  • Engineer bachelor degree (Computer Science, Industrial or similar).

  • High level of English (fluent both oral and written).

Preferred Experience:

  • Knowledge of SAP Technology (> 1 year).

  • Having been involved in supply chain processes (> 1 year).

  • Minimum knowledge with Data Base and Analytics

Personal Skills:

  • Delightful customer and service-oriented communication.

  • Able to communicate in verbal English.

  • Good technical problem solving skills and knowledge.

  • Able to diagnose problems and to provide or recommend solutions.

  • Good communication and organisation skills, self-motivated and high team spirit.

  • Availability for sporadic travelling.
