Duties & Responsibilities:

Duties / Responsibilities / Essential Functions:

  • Transacts all Cebu inbound and outbound materials through WMS.

  • Assist on daily, semi-annual and annual physical inventory

  • Packing all good boards as per packaging specifications

  • Print pick sheets and do other logistics related activities

  • Performs final Quality Inspection of repaired parts.

  • Delivers materials to and from the repair operations.

  • Issue component and consumable part to repair and engineering.

  • Process Farm-in/ Farm-out PEZA documents for domestic shipments.

  • Utilizes computerized or automated systems to accomplish tasks.

Basic Qualifications, Experience, Skills & Education Required:

Education / Training / Skills / Experience Required:

  • Preferably college graduate taking up BS in Computer Science, BS Customs Administration or equivalent.

  • Experience in warehouse material receiving and shipping

  • Knowledgeable of MS Tools like Excel, Word, and Access

  • Minimum of 2 years experience
