Call Functions- Process various incoming and outgoing calls from numerous clients in accordance with established policies, procedures, and quality standards, as well as any federal laws and regulations

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

Good understanding of client products and/or services

Good understanding of customer service techniques

Good understanding of sales techniques

Develop quality performance and sales skills of agents

Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships

Understand and carry out oral and written instructions

Good verbal and written communication skills

Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships and teamwork with co-workers

Knowledge of computer keyboard and mouse

Ability to work flexible schedules, which may include working at least one weekend day/night schedule

Ability to clearly communicate using a clear, distinct voice
