The NAS Project Services Senior Analyst role is primary functional and technical liaison between ADP and the client. Need to ensure that accurate requirements are captured; estimates are provided to the client for review and, upon client approval, modifications to the Time and Attendance Software application (enterprise eTIME) are delivered on time, within budget and per client specifications.

  • Will work on cases assigned by the onsite Ambassador/Project manager/Team Leader.
  • Project Services works in a team environment to work through client solutions.
  • Typically, will carry 6-8 cases at any given time. The PSIC will also be communicating with the onsite Ambassador/Project manager/Team Leader outbound to give them status of open cases or gather additional information to help trouble shoot an issue.
  • Will be expected to keep all case notes and project status updates in Siebel and Planview. The PSIC will also be responsible for capturing and storing before and after screen shots of the configuration for SAS70 compliance.
  • Are expected to independently manage their workload to ensure that they are meeting case management timelines and communicating with the ambassador as defined in the Project Services best practices.
  • Case ownership resolution based on established timeframe
  • Follows-up on open cases by working with the Project Manager/Ambassador/Team Leader
  • Accuracy of case notes and data captured to provide background of the case
  • Client Satisfaction measured by survey
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
Experience, Skills, Academic

*REQUIREMENTS *

  • Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent in education and experience
  • Communication, leadership and general business training or equivalent preferred
  • Some formal training or experience in project management is helpfu
  • Industry related certifications including Professional in Human Resources (PHR), Certified Payroll Professional (CPP), Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) etc. are a plus
  • Technical training or equivalent experience in related technologies and/or systems implementations is required
  • Prior experience working on multiple, concurrent projects
  • Minimum of two years experience as a business analyst, consultant or practitioner in a relevant industry, or with software implementations required
  • Work experience or certifications in customer service, business analysis, project management, networking, database usage, SQL desired but not required
  • Technical training or equivalent experience in related technologies and/or systems implementations is required
  • Prior experience working with time and attendance, payroll and/or human resource practices and systems is preferred
  • Some experience conducting training sessions is helpful* *
  • Must have strong customer service skills is required
  • Must have sound requirements gathering and analytical approach
  • Ability to self-manage to deadlines and commitments is required
  • Time Management is required
  • Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Consultative and collaborative approach is preferred
  • Proficient with understanding and applying technical elements
  • Able to communicate technical concepts and issues to a non-technical audience
