Our Customer Care - MBSS team is looking for a Non-Phone Customer Care Representative - Corporate Accounts.

The Corporate Accounts Representative assist customers and IHG in achieving full revenue potential by providing technical support for participating distribution channels and Holidex Plus. This role provides effective and timely communication to internal and external customers in the determination and resolution of Distribution Services issues. Accurately record customer interactions in rescue ticketing system. Perform and participate in special projects as necessary. Perform data entry and system maintenance in Holidex Plus and applicable GDS systems.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Carries out basic daily transactional tasks including but not limited to: Data entry, system navigation, data processing, file maintenance, data verification and review. Communicates effectively with internal and external customers to receive and provide information and assistance.

  • Participates in team decisions regarding work processes, procedures and rules. Delivers professional customer service and team oriented behaviors. Completes and takes ownership of assignments, issues and problems and assure completion either personally or with other team members

  • Initiates customer contact as needed to answer questions related to assigned work.

  • Maintain a consistent, high quality customer-focused orientation. Communicate effectively with customers and teammates. Respond to individuals in a timely manner. Provide clear, accurate information; explain procedures or materials or provide supplemental information; anticipate problems or questions.


Ideally, the role will need candidates with experience in customer service, call center, contact center, BPO, sales, and/or hotels but we are interested in you even if you don't.

We are looking for candidates with strong interpersonal and customer service skills, excellent verbal communication skills, and the ability to quickly navigate web pages.
