  • Handles customer enquiries (walk-ins and incoming calls) and refer leads to appropriate distribution channels

  • Attends to and resolves ‘quick kill’ queries when necessary

  • Provides information on bank products and services and identifies cross-selling opportunities

  • Manages customer queue and diverts traffic to appropriate channels

  • Ensure sales compliance and follow-up deals closed by the personal banking team

  • Serve as a first line of defense by identifying fraudulent customers and unusual activities
