CitiPhone Officer

  • To provide “world-class” service excellence to the Client by offering a positive and consistent telephone banking experience

  • Attend to inbound and outbound telephone calls/contacts in accordance with standard operating procedures

  • Provide information on services offered by Citibank to enhance Client relationships

  • Identify and maximize sales opportunities, where applicable, to all Clients

Qualifications

  • College Graduate - Fresh graduates are welcome

  • Previous Call Center experience, Sales experience, or any work experience in a service oriented industry such as Hotel and Restaurant, Airline, Banks is an advantage

  • Possess a welcoming and positive tone when interacting with Clients on the phone

  • Adopt an empathetic approach to customers experiencing difficulties in order

  • Maintain an acceptable level of Client Service, while demonstrating patience when dealing with difficult customers

  • Display clear and concise verbal and written communication skills

  • High level of listening & comprehension skills

  • Problem solving skills.

  • Adaptable and able to multitask

  • Develop questioning techniques to enable the collection of all relevant information from the customer

  • Assertive and able to manage in situations where there may be limited information

  • Willing to work in a shifting schedule; weekends and holidays included
