Description

Function:

  • The overall function of the IBCO is to serve as the Business Unit’s Point of Contact (POC) for all compliance-related matters which require coordination or action from the Business or requires the latter’s inputs. IBCO's are particularly critical for the following:

  • Information Dissemination (incoming and outgoing)

  • Execute and Drive Internal Risk and Control Measures

  • Internal and External Audit Coordination

  • Compliance Training and Monitoring

  • Assess processes for continuous improvement and for potential emerging risks

  • Point of contact for Management of adherence to Processes, which includes but is not limited to, Policy and Procedure Defects and Complaint Management

Qualifications

  • Attention and thoroughness to details, coupled with a strong follow through discipline

  • Effective Issue and Risk identification and management skills

  • Excellent planning and organizational skills, effective time and stress management skills

  • Self-motivated and can work with minimal supervision

  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple requirements and initiatives

  • Ability to liaise and interface with all levels within the organization and across all functions

  • CBPS resident for at least 2 years and has stayed with his/her current position for at least 1 year

  • Has a performance rating of 3 and above in the last performance appraisal

  • Has not been under PIP in the last 6 months; no any compliance, discipline or performance issues

  • Must be flexible as he/she may be assigned in any of the operation units within CBPS

  • Willing to work on graveyard shifts
