  • Supervises various functions across AU Credit Initiations : Data Entry, Admin, Verification, Credit Approvals, rainbow, Diners end to end -including merchants and terminals. Evaluates performance of staff, assessing annual appraisal, promotions

  • Coordinates with CI Unsecured and Diners for scope of work and if there are any additional work to be turned over, decides how this can be executed seamlessly in CBPS

  • Constantly suggests developments on how to things can be done more efficiently with less paperwork and hand offs of the processes being handled

  • Acts as a resource and provides inputs and recommendations to the business prior to execution of projects, for new products or process changes that may affect downstream processes impacting end customers

  • Monitors volume at process level (across AU CI sites) and gives strategy recommendations (i.e. line balancing opportunities, etc.)

  • Acts as SME for Diners and CI and uses these knowledge to further improve and develop procedures for more efficiency

  • Involved in Sydney calls with stakeholders for any updates/changes in the policies and procedures, giving inputs as to how the team falls into the rest of the workflow in other teams

  • Handles Presidential/Ombudsman complaints being escalated by CRU for investigation. Analyses root cause and makes educated judgment to resolve the case


  • Minimum rated 3 for the past 2 years

  • No disciplinary actions in past 6 months

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent

  • At least 2 years management experience in Credit initiations

  • Ability to manage complex functions and teams

  • People management experience

  • Possesses stakeholder management competency
