Description

  • Conduct structured, goal-oriented meetings

  • Communicate links between reward, performance and behavior and drive team motivation through recognition and reward

  • Identify individual talent and retain within the business by identifying career development opportunities and learning experiences

  • Respond to issues highlighted in the annual VOE survey and other diagnostic measures. Understand individual team member motivation and take the opportunity to increase individual job satisfaction

  • Ensure a safe work environment for all staff through education, practice and effective workplace ergonomics

  • Encourage reporting of workplace risk and injury and support rehabilitation cases within the team

  • Address below standard performance through coaching and counseling

Qualifications

  • Has good performance scores, including attendance. No compliance issues and no disciplinary actions

  • Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills

  • Should have stayed 6 months in the current position and one year with the company
