  • Manage a team of fulfillment officers who handle escalations from CitiPhone officers/Client Correspondence Unit/MAS/FIDREC and other regulatory bodies

  • Oversee the team perform checking and second level callbacks and verifications for crucial instructions raised by officers

  • Manage ECCMS investigation queue for CitiPhone unit

  • Collate data and analyze on problem incidents


  • Minimum 1 year working experience as CitiPhone Officer

  • Able to work on stretched hours or overtime if there is a requirement

  • Ability to handle work pressure

  • Ability to analyze and prepare summary or report on problem incidents

  • Good communication in English (writing and speaking) and follow-up skills

  • Team player and self-motivated

  • Good attendance and punctuality report

  • Less defects and good product knowledge
