Description

  • Persistent, resourceful, energetic and able to perform multiple tasks in a fast paced sales environment

  • Perform acquisitions through outbound telemarketing, digital acquisition for New To Bank (NTB), Loans, Affluent products and Banking accounts

  • Possess a strong customer service mindset, with effective negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills

  • Able to identify customer needs and to cross-sell and upsell the right products based on identified customers’ needs

  • Work with prospect database to develop prospects into qualified leads

  • Ability to maintain composure, voice modulation, tone, empathy and able to establish rapport with customers from all walks of life

  • Able to handle inbound and outbound calls from customers

  • Able to meet sales targets set by business

Qualifications

  • College graduate. If Undergrad, should have 1 year of BPO experience

  • Pro-active and have excellent communication skills

  • Self-motivated with a desire to achieve goals and targets

  • The capacity to flourish in a competitive environment

  • Resilience, and the ability to cope with rejection

  • Prepared to work in fast-paced, sales driven and rewarding environment

  • Proficient in written and spoken English

  • Relevant working experience in sales and marketing or financial industry will be an added advantage
