Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Learns and practices customer service skills in a positive manner

  • Provide consistently high quality customer service on each call

  • Empathizes with the customer when problems occur and takes ownership in resolving issues

  • Anticipates customer’s needs and responds quickly and accurately in a professional manner

  • Professionally manage challenging customers

  • Transform service enquiries into enhanced customer relationships

  • Applies product and service knowledge to the highest standard

  • Participate with Unit Managers in the performance management process

  • Handle all tasks according to company principles and procedures

  • Develops effective partnerships with internal Citibank staff and departments

  • Introduce customers to Citibanking and describes customer channels and products

  • Identify and report inadequacies in operations and services to the designated personal including: customer complaints; equipment and system faults; problems that could potentially affect any stakeholder
