Main Purpose:

  • To achieve sales revenue, EBIT and market share targets by promoting, selling and servicing Medtronic’s CRDN therapies in Philippines

  • To service existing customers and develop new business to achieve targeted businessgrowth.

  • To assist in the development of building the competence of the sales force inproduct knowledge and selling skills to penetrate the market, enhancing customerexperience (rather than customer satisfaction) and exceeding AOP year on year.

  • To manage the distributor/logistics partner in ensuring product availability is maintained at customer sites, POs are generated on time, product supply proceeds without disruption and accounts receivable are paid per distribution agreement.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Lead the CRDN team in Philippines in exceeding Annual Operating Plan for revenue EBIT

  • Implement business plans and provide field reports to Business / CVG Leaders

  • Lead the CRDN team in Philippines through

  • Excellence in sales coaching, target setting, sales coverage

  • Competence in product knowledge case supports

  • Work with other Medtronic stakeholders

  • SCM for total customer solution and experience. Develop consignment rationale, proposal and management processes

  • Finance to manage accounts receivables

  • Regulatory Affair for getting product registration approval and reimbursement

  • Marketing to ensure product launches, pricing governance and share maximization are achieved

  • Market and customer management

  • Create customer database and tracking Sales progress

  • Market data information gathering

  • Identify and develop KOL and its program

  • Based on competitive information, develop counter-active strategy

  • Work with distributor

  • Quarterly demand plans are generated and POs are submitted on time

  • Appropriate level of inventory is maintained at warehouse and consignment locations

  • Establish no due certificates on a quarterly basis

  • Accounts receivable are paid on time

  • Distribution agreements are updated, maintained and adhered to

  • Manage existing and new products and the mix

  • Be a role model in actively promoting Medtronic’s Business Code of Conduct and turning it into the company’s competitive advantage

  • Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) – To actively utilise SFE processes for planning, delivering and analyzing sales calls

Skill, Experience and Knowledge:

  • Minimum 7 years of direct sales experience with 3 to 4 years of sales management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in medical/biomedical Science or Nursing

  • MBA will be an advantage
