We are looking for
The Customer Service Specialist receives and processes elevator or equipment/component inquiries and orders from customers. The Customer Service Specialist enables complete, correct and punctual deliveries of service and solutions to KONE Philippines customers as requested. He/She manages the interface with all key stakeholders.
Skills, Education and Experience
Good communication skills both written and oral
Graduate of any 4 years bachelors course. Bachelor's in ENgineering is a plus.
