Job Description

Mission/Tasks/Responsibilities:

A) Support Head of Controlling, OES APAC in overseeing the financial performance

of OES locations in Asia

B) Prepare business case analysis for new locations product/line transfers, product profitability evaluation

C) Support OES start­up in new locations (e.g. OES outlet/PC creation,

orientation/training to OES location controller, clarification of accounting/controlling

concerns with location,etc)

D) Provide controlling support on special projects (e.g. loss­maker, CPV reporting,

remanufacturing, etc)

E) Assist Head of Controlling, OES APAC in monitoring sales, profitability, working capital and other key performance indicators for Asia locations

F) Coordinate with the locations and clarify financial issues such as red KPIs,

inventory revaluation, inventory/asset transfers, ICO issues with partner

plants/outlets, etc

G) Inter­cultural experience, ability to interact with colleagues from other countries in

Asia

G) Prepare financial reports for the region including consolidation of feedback from

Asia locations

H) Comply with BU, segment, CEP requests for financial information

I) Participate in location reviews (e.g. budget review, act/FC discussions)

Job Requirements

Experience : 4 years minimum in Automotive industry

Requirements :

Education : University degree in accountancy, management, business or any

related course

A) Strong financial background and substantial knowledge on accounting policies

and procedures including Continental FRM, internal rules and TCE standards

B) Knowledge in local SAP, FIRE

C) Proficient in ratio and financial statement analysis

D) Proficient in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)

E) Good knowledge on operational automotive business processes
