The Ruby platform provides an environment for the modeling for CCAR related forecasting processes. The role will provide support for this platform through the analytical review of data, troubleshooting and helpdesk support. The individual will be supporting end users as well as the Ruby oversight team in NY. The role will entail extensive excel based analytics and requires an individual with keen attention to detail. As this platform continues to develop, the appropriate individual will also be familiar with change management concepts and will also require detailed review of procedure documentation.

  • Analyze and troubleshoot end user template submissions and provide insight into errors encountered

  • Provide timely feedback to the user population through the helpdesk support model

  • Perform issue tracking and resolution planning

  • Scenario creation / cloning activity including exception user access and user role assignment

  • Provide support for the loading of Transfer Pricing, Private Banking and Student Loans adjustment process

  • Partnering closely with technology and the business leads to continue development and enhancement of the platform

  • Ensure all touch points and communications are managed through approved Citi issue management tools


  • 5+ yrs of Financial Systems Support related experience

  • Previous experience with:

  • Financial Forecasting Processes

  • CCAR

  • Treasury

  • UAT testing, development and execution and the project lifecycle

  • Finance or accounting background; MBA or CPA preferred

  • Good knowledge of information technology, data, and processes

  • Strong leadership and communication skills

  • Ability to work across cross-functionally across Citigroup functions and businesses
