Description

The role of the Resourcing Coordinator is to provide high quality support to the Citi Resourcing team in APAC. The Resourcing Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the Resourcing team to provide an efficient delivery of recruitment services, ensuring a positive recruitment experience for job applicants and completing a range of recruitment administrative duties via Citi’s HR Systems.

Providing support to the Resourcing team including:

  • E-Recruitment (Taleo) and Avature system administration (managing live requisitions, status monitoring across the recruitment work flow, management of Assessments, candidate dispositioning, closure of requisitions, candidate user reset)

  • Job postings via existing approved recruitment channels eg. LinkedIn, Citi careers etc

  • Onboarding administration – checklist of items for new hire, keep warm email, 1 st day email, collection of forms as part of pre-employment screening

  • Providing support with screening, shortlisting and sourcing candidates when required

  • Coordinating hiring processes to ensure timely offer letter generation and HR systems set up

  • Reporting - gathering data to produce metrics on a regular basis as well responding to any ad-hoc requests for recruitment data

  • Invoicing - checking and processing recruitment related invoices, including the generation of purchase orders, inputting of charge backs

  • Preferred Suppliers – assist with records management including new supplier set up and Citi Approved Supplier management system administration

  • Training - support the training of managers on recruitment best practice by providing basic E-Recruitment (Taleo) systems user training, job aids, setup of new users

  • Projects - assisting with ad-hoc strategic projects to ensure the team meets regional priorities

  • Process Improvement - reviewing processes, tools & policies and contributes to ensure a positive client and candidate experience throughout the hiring life cycle and overall team improvement

  • Comply with the ethical standards contained in the Code of Conduct

  • Adhere to firm policies and procedures, regulatory and legislative requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree holder

  • Experience working in recruitment environment for Financial Services or large multinational firm, preferred

  • Experience working as operational support utilizing Taleo Applicant Tracking System or similar system experience

  • Sound experience within a fast-paced recruitment environment with demonstrated knowledge of relevant legislation and recruitment & selection processes

  • Knowledge of operational support utilizing Taleo Applicant Tracking System or similar system experience

  • Experience with MS Office including strong Excel skills

  • Superior communication and organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple and often competing demands

  • Close attention to detail and strong administrative and analytical skills

  • Strong customer service orientation, strong interpersonal skills; demonstrates confidence and ease with individuals at all levels within the corporation

  • Able to coordinate delivery with all levels of stakeholder with a strong focus on meeting commitments, multiple deadlines and competing demands

  • Strong attention to detail and experience of drafting clear and appropriate correspondence, reports, adverts and job descriptions
