Job description:

­ Fulfillment of assigned tasks on central function level in order to secure business execution

­ Development of new concepts within SCM in order to improve the process(es)

­ Implementation of new Standard SCM Processes, training on End Users and Key Users

­ Change Management activities for the processes within responsibility

Tasks:

­ For already implemented locations provide support of the process(es) and its variant(s). He/She has to be the trainer and knowledge promoter of the field of expertise, leads the changes/improvements

­ 2nd level of support in the daily business

­ Drives improvements in his/her process, Unit and Functional Testing, supports Key Users and End Users when needed and requested, shares internally with other global Key Users the open topics discussed and process performance monitoring in order to get to a common agreement for next steps. Keeps in his role the concept of our global template.

­ Design and draft of new processes and solutions to mantain a continuous improvement mindset

­ The Process Manager has Process responsibility in all Request for Change (template changes\Adaptation).

­ The validation of an RFC has to include the integration alignment to other modules and in case of a retro fit implementation

­ The acceptance from the Key Users in which the affected process is already in place.

­ Mantaines the template impact and growth

­ process administration and coordination including the creation and maintenance of all relevant documentation linked to their process(es) (e.g. Blueprint Document, Training Material,). Including the distrbitution and share of information when ready to be published

­ Drive the decision making for change request with management. Within this role the activities to be perform are in regards of the drive, follow up on open issues and realization of the agreed RFC and CR, for that, the need to prioritize the RFC & CR when needed, align resources within the field of expertise.

­ Monitoring the realization of decided processes and solutions, member of the project board bringing issues to closure by Process and Solution owners’ board; initiate rapid decision boards when needed. Requestor to team lead alignment of resources for IT counterparts and business partners when needed.

­ Lead of the knowledge cell and maintenance of the community according to the guidelines.

­ Maintain the proess repository relvant processes in each locations.

­ Inform all changes and improvements agreed to be implemented.

­ Share best practice

­ Share major issues from location with the community to find the solutions in a colaborative way

Qualification and Experience:

­ Bachelor's degree or similar ­ desired speciality in process mapping

­ Typically 8 years of professional experience in Supply Chain Management (Source, Make, Deliver, Material Flow & Warehouse) within at least 5 years of operational experience and 3 as either supervisor and\or project lead.

­ Advanced level of project management

­ Knowledge of Continental business processes

­ Continental SC & Logistics standards, processes and systems

­ Knowledge in Business Process Model & SCOR model

­ Operational experience (SAP module IMWM)

­ SAP Template implementation method

­ SAP/ IT Integration knowledge for MM, PP, SD, FI CO AC

­ Process Mapping and Design

­ Multicultural behaviour knowledge

­ Good english knowledge
