As we build a vibrant, passionate and fun-loving team, we are seeking a well-experienced *Team leader – F & B Service *who assists the Outlet Manager in ensuring that the outlet is managed efficiently according to the established concept statement, providing courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service at all times
This role is ideal for someone who has experience in five star Restaurant service. Your role is to assist theoperation while providing exceptional customer service and product presentation and ensure that the department operates efficiently and profitably while maintaining the level service that is uniquely Grand Hyatt.
* University graduate of hospitality management with a strong passion for food and customer service. * Practical experience as Team leader/ Supervisor gained from a 5 star hotel minimum of 1.5 years. * Pre-opening experience would be supportive. * Strong operational background. * Demonstrated skills in supervising a diverse team with varying degrees of experience and talents able to teach and inspire team members to be their best every day.
