NCR Territory Manager - Field Service in Manila, Philippines

Manage CE initiated system or ATM down escalations. Technical and procedural escalations Make sure that all CE’s available for doing service calls are working on a customer site during regular shift and standby. Check randomly the first work order for one of the CE’s to check if the CE was on site at the ETA for his first call. Once a month, replace this by visiting a CE working on his first assigned call of the day. CE capacity/resource planning. For all types of Work Orders, MNT/PMI/INST/DECOM/COM etc Manage CE productivity (to closed calls per day target as well as Task/Day). Manage T&M work orders and assure that they are completed so that they can be invoiced. Manage the Territory, i.e. verify and follow-up on CE’s compliance to Processes and Procedures Meet all of their CE's once per quarter face-to-face and have a conference call with each of them in the remaining months. Utilized My Workday CE evaluation per quarter Organize team meetings at least once a quarter with the complete team and have meetings or conference calls with smaller groups in between. Ensure that on a daily basis 75% of CE resources are available for the FSC to assign work to. This means planning the CE activities once a week with the FSC Service Coordinator, assure OOH availability in a timely manner etc. Contact the FSC Service Coordinator every morning / afternoon and at the end of the day. Manage costs (Field / 3rd party Logistics / Parts Usage & Repair / 3rd Party Service Providers) Ensure that customer SLA are met, Country metrics are on track as well as individual CE KPI Project Management EEO Statement Integrated into our shared values is NCR’s commitment to diversity.
