Description

  • Call monitoring 8% of accepts per day ( upto 35 calls or more per CPO)

  • Analysis of drivers for Compliance issue or improvement performance

  • Conducts Phone Compliance calibrations to any employee in USCARDS program

  • Conducts New hire training and Phone Compliance refreshers to CSOs as necessary

  • Tracking completion and timeliness of risks received daily

  • Ensure timely closure of issues received and appropriate and timely processing of CM’s follow up

  • Tracking and reporting of all evaluation completed, risks received and feedback provided to CSOs

  • Conducts refreshers and roadshows for new updates

  • Attends weekly internal Phone compliance calibration

  • Provides additional MIS data to operations whenever necessary

  • Attend calls with partners as required by the business

  • Maintain and regularly send performance reports to operations (support USCARDS Maingate, TYR, NTC and Retention)

  • Prepare reports for Monthly business review

  • Assist in creating and validating monthly incentive

  • Prioritize and closure of all hot issues and Serious risks received

Qualifications

  • Demonstrates outstanding performance in achieving sales goals

  • Ability to establish effective working relationship with and among staff and foster group cohesiveness and teamwork

  • Ability to measure performance and assess progress against agreed targets and standards using specific measurement tools

  • Readiness to make decisions, render judgments or commit oneself, after weighing all relevant information

  • Ability to Manage conflicting demands on one’s time and ensuring that job priorities are accomplished

  • Basic knowledge in using MS excel, PowerPoint and Word

  • Excellent product knowledge and strong communication skills

  • Regular employee and has been with the current position for 12 months

  • No attendance issue and no disciplinary actions for the past 12 months

  • Proven consistent work quality (minimal defects) and good track record performance

  • Detail-oriented and able to prioritize multiple task
