HR Coordinator (HRHC)


To assist, manage and help ensure day-to-day operations meet standards and achieve goals in assigned functional area of Human Resources (Help Center, Payroll, Time & Labor).


  • Ensures that Tier 1 cases are resolved within 8 business hours.

  • Self-assigns Philippines HR cases in SalesForce according to the case distribution file provided by the Senior HR Specialist within 8 hours from distribution

  • Resolves assigned cases in SalesForce within 8 hours from the time case was assigned

  • Ensures that Tier 1 cases are managed within the desired Quality standards.

  • Ensures that owned cases meets minimum standards for quality.

  • Follows standard procedure on case management, as mandated by Local Work Instructions and HR Operations’ Official Playbook

  • Ensures that Tier 2 cases are assigned to the appropriate Tier 2 team

  • Assigns Tier 2 cases to the correct queue in SalesForce within 8 hours from the time case was distributed by Senior HR Specialist

  • Provides close coordination with corresponding Tier 2 specialist for any duplicate cases caused by follow ups.

  • Perform Payroll Time & Labor job function

  • Review and audit of e-Time variances and providing call outs Associates and Leads

  • Call outs to Approvers for Rest Day OT corrections

  • Assists Principal HR Specialist on Payroll Review and Reconciliation

  • Assists in preparation of Government Remittance Reports (SSS, Philhealth, BIR, HDMF)

  • Assists in the new hires BIR documents and completion of Payroll requirements

  • Help resolves Tier 2 cases related Payroll Time & Labor

  • Responsible for HR Administrative tasks

  • Distributes accurate and updated HR Documents upon associates’ request

  • Provides assistance to other HR functions in distributing other HR documents to the associates

  • Any other tasks relating to his/her job function

  • Completes tasks assigned to him/her by line manager, which are aligned to her job role and function


  • Must have at least completed secondary education

  • At least two years in customer service environment, preferably with one year HR work experience preferably handling case management, Payroll, Time & Labor

  • Must be able to provide analytical aptitude to resolve complicated cases, as well as identify areas of opportunities in HR Help Center’s processes and workflow

  • Must display organized thought process, possess organizational skills, and have the ability to properly handle confidential information and data

  • Must be responsive in providing accurate and timely resolution to the associates

  • Must be customer-centric and must possess excellent interpersonal skills

  • Must be highly analytical and have problem solving skills

  • Must possess excellent English communication skills both in written and spoken English

  • Must be willing to work with shifting schedules

  • Must be willing to work in Alabang, Muntinlupa City
