Position Purpose

Ensures that all reports related to Sales will be delivered effectively and efficiently to support Commercial Directors in making good business decisions.

Key focus areas of this role is to (a) provide analysis and insights on sales data (b) lead on the management of sales investments such as sales activities, selling expenses and others, (c) implement proper monitoring of Sales Records and Information.


Sales Data Management & Analysis

  • Analyze sales reports and provide insights (Volume; Product Mix; Gross Profit; Gain & Lost Customers; Top and Profit Eroder Customers)

Deliver Value/ manage Costs

  • Provide variance Analysis (actual vs. budget) and measure performance on Selling Expenses (OOS, Travels and Hotels, FGM & other key selling expenses

  • Promo Management & measure return on marketing investment (ROMI)

  • Calculate Commission

Decision Support & Continuous Improvement

  • Summarize and analyze forecast as provided by Sales Leads

  • Analyze and track performance of salesmen and dealers

  • Provide analysis on target setting for salesmen/ dealers annually

  • Maintain an updated file management system that ensures confidentiality, prompt retrieval of files and documents (e.g. OOS Documents; commission file, etc)

  • Review existing reports and recommend & implement improvements



  • Bachelor’s Degree- Business Course required, with at least 3 years working experience.

  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficient in MS office, especially Excel.

  • Good analytical skills.

  • Drive for continuous improvement.

  • Ability to be a team player in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
