Role Overview

Dell is hiring an Inside SalesCoach who have strong organizational, planning, and communication skills with a track record of building successful customer relationships in a transactional environment. A sales coach is responsible for enabling inside sales representatives to effectively sell Dell services (via telephone, web, or email) to specified customer segments and ensuring a positive customer experience. This position offers you the opportunity to work in a merit based environment and utilize your sales experience, while scaling your career into advanced sales and/or leadership in a Fortune 50 company.

Role Responsibilities

  • Drives the financial attainment of a designated group of inside sales representatives

  • Continuously monitors team performance, identifying specific training and coaching needs within the team

  • Trains and develops team members on both Dell products and selling techniques

  • Recommends, implements, and monitors actions required to keep the team engaged, motivated and delivering results

  • Promotes collaboration and accountability to meet team goals

  • Maintains good internal and external customer relationships

  • Partners with leadership and other cross functional stakeholders to drive and leverage best practices

  • Properly documents key processes

  • Actively participates on key initiatives/projects as designated by team leader



  • 4-5years of years of relevant experience in sales, coaching, training, call center (min 2 of the relevant areas are required)

  • Articulate communicator, fluent in English with excellent listening skills

  • Eagerness and abilityto mentor, coach and develop others

  • Strong knowledge of Dell technology, services, and financial products and is able to identify how these products and services align to customer needs

  • Adaptable to day or night shift

  • Self-motivated and ambitious

  • Sells Consultatively has the ability to use collaborative communication to engage clients in discussions that results in mutual value.


  • Experience in coaching or training preferred
