Responsibilities · Provides day to day, end to end ownership to tasks/tickets assigned to him/her- Plans, coordinate and support business process, systems and users to deliver service level requirements by applying one’s technical, functional and ITIL knowledge- Ensures that issues handled fall within quality parameters - Performs delivery with quality in accordance to defined standards- Point of contact for tasks and tickets assigned to the group within aligned support coverage hours (duty management)· Utilizes expertise and in depth solution knowledge for his/her area (SAP HR)- Lead in initial transitions of solutions and services under area of expertise- Provides specialized skills and knowledge of a particular domain (technical, business and/or application) that helps to ensure rapid resolution- Utilizes professional concepts and theoretical knowledge acquired through specialized training, education or previous experiences - Perform in-depth root cause analysis· Makes service improvement suggestions to leads- May be assigned to own some action plan items as part of the over-all service improvement program· Train peers according to his area of responsibility or expertise· Generates job-aids and other documented knowledge in an ongoing basis· Ensures that tasks assigned are properly escalated horizontally and vertically within target timescales.· Ensures that tasks are properly handed over (updated, next steps, etc.) and coordinated with the shift duty manager.· Overall, meets account deliverables (service level agreements, enhancement requests, etc.)
