Position Purpose

The Toll Scheduler is responsible for aligning demand with manufacturing capacity to create production and delivery schedules for finished products and component materials.

The Toll Scheduler is responsible for optimizing supply and demand by working closely with Agriculture Planning, Production Operations, and Logistics teams to ensure that customer requirement is served on time and in full in the most efficient way. This role will establish production and delivery plan taking into consideration S&OP forecast, customer demand, plant capacity and capability, optimal product formats and carcass balance, stock level, inventory turnover ratio and other factors.



  • Responsible for the detailed production schedule in different toll locations based on the Agriculture harvest plan.

  • Tracks goods movement from the conversion of dressed chicken to finished goods.

  • Works with toll plant operations and logistics to ensure adherence to plan and on time & in full delivery to customer.

  • Works with materials planning to ensure availability of packaging and replenishment based on production schedules.

  • Monitors ageing and slow moving finished goods inventory for eventual disposition.


  • Provides weekly production schedule to toll dressing plants and delivery plan to logistics.

  • Asseses plant performance and analyzes production data to determine appropriate volume projections for demand requirement.


  • Performs planning activities thru execution of planned orders and production orders in ERP



  • University degree. Work experience is an advantage.

  • Proficiency in MS Office, advanced Excel skills and IT systems.

  • Knowledge of supply chain principles, processes and practices.

  • High verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with team, other departments, customers and suppliers.

  • High attention to details and superior follow-up and follow-through skills.

  • Strong ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with management, colleagues, suppliers, and customers.

  • Strong analytical, conceptual, and negotiation skills.
