POSITION PURPOSE AND SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for supporting the sales vision and short term goals for assigned customer accounts that will
drive low business/financial impact and will maximize opportunities for the customer and within defined area of scope.
Develops, and maintains customer working relationship with external customers/clients for less complex customer accounts. i.e pickup customers and small scale distributors.
Assist in solving day-today sales by executing a limited scale of customer service activities with limited oversight.
Sales and Order processing, allocation and scheduling.
Customer complaints and follow ups.
Issues involving invoices and payments
Assist in monitoring and tracking actual withdrawal vs allocated orders
With some oversight, inform distributors/customers about orders and allocation status, DR and Sales Invoices and other information needed to complete the sales.
Assisit in coordinating with Logistics and warehouse on scheduling challenges. And/or escalates complex conditions to the superior or manager.
Applies basic understanding of customer service practices and procedures pertaining to customer complaint process.1.) Complaint 2.) Log 3.)addressing to the concerned section. 4.)Tracking progress 5.)Communicating back to customer 6.)Closing the complaint.
With limited oversight on complex administrative task, interfaces with customers throught regular reviews.
SYSTEMS / DATA MANAGEMENT, REPORTING & ANALYSIS
- Responsible for providing administrative and clerical support in maintaining and updating records such as:Daily sales volume/withdrawal
Daily Accounts Recievable monitoring and collection.
Daily Fulfilment of stocks allocation and actual widrawn.
University degree any Business Course.
2 years experience in agri/foods business to business supply chain environment
One year of work experience in administrative function
With background in preparing reports and financial documents.
Proficient in MS Office
Excellent communication skills (frequent interaction with different functions/levels)
Good analytical skills
Self-starter, initiative taking
Process & task oriented
Ability to perform under time pressure
Team leadership capabilities
