We’reseeking an Administrative Assistant, based in our Taguig, Manila office. In this role,you will provide admin support to the Country Head of Philippines and extend admin assistance to the needs of the other directors in the Taguig Office (Compliance, Corporate Affairs).

Point of consolidation of office presentationsand related reports with inputs coming from the various functions
File the invoices for payments to varioussuppliers as it relates to office operation including ad hoc payments itemsdeemed necessary
Lead the coordination and organization of theemployee events including visitor events
Track annual, medical and other leave applicationof team members including weekly schedules of the members of the Taguig office
Keep inventory control of office suppliesensuring that we purchase goods at the lowest cost possible, ordering atappropriate levels to reduce wastage and maintain security of office supplies
Handle all courier requirements to and from theoffice including receipt, logging and proper distribution of all letters andcorrespondences received by the office
What you will need to succeed:
Bachelor’sDegree in any discipline is required
3years’ working experience inan administrative function
Appreciationof high quality customer service
Comfortableand capable of communicating with all levels of people within and outsidethe business with a high level of professionalism on the phone and inperson at all times
Comfortableworking in a fast-paced, highly-structured, deadline-driven environment
Excellentwritten and verbal communication, and proficiency with software such as MSWord, MS Excel, MS Access, MS PowerPoint, MS SharePoint
