Click here to watch a short video about the job: http://uhg.hr/customerserviceadvocate1 (Note: these videos are labeled with our internal job title of Health Advisor) Primary Responsibilities: Handles inbound and outbound calls, provides outstanding customer service, and ensures that customer service goals are met Communicate with members, providers, clinic staff and co - workers Administers schedule additions, changes, or inquiries in the appropriate database within required timeframes Maintains strict member and company confidentiality Performs other related duties as assigned Required Qualifications: A graduate of any two or four year course OR is a second year college undergraduate Must have at least six (6) months of customer service experience in any BPO company Willingness to work in a fast paced environment Willing to work on shifting schedules There are several steps in our hiring process.
