What You'll Do
Lead annual benefit renewals for medical, life and accidents insurance benefits and other benefit vendor contract renewals in line with the benefits strategy
Accountable for governance of company retirement plans in accordance with local legislation
Ensure benefit offerings are in compliance with local legislation and corporate guidelines/policies
Continually review market trends and recommend appropriate benefit alternatives or improvements to the benefit plans, including improvements to systems, processes
Consult to HR and management on country benefits and market trends
Develop annual budget and monitor throughout the year
Partner with GBS and local HR partners to develop benefits communication strategy and content
Participate in Global and Regional Projects

Who you are
8-10 years of benefits experience
Effective English verbal and written skills
Demonstrated ability to work in a matrix HR organization, as well as cross functionally
Attention to detail and accuracy
Vendor and broker management experience
Asia Pacific Benefits experience
Strong collaboration skills and experience driving initiatives from innovation/exploration stage to implementation
Knowledge of local programs, plans and regulatory requirements
Project management experience
