• Troubleshoots incidents that require more technical knowledge when the first level of support cannot resolve it. Performs a more detailed research and diagnostic of the incident. Develops potential solutions and performs testing, including the risk assessment of resolutions. Documents all activities to resolve incidents and maintains a knowledge base to have accurate resolution path. Application Support Production environments with service base on 8 x 5 shifts.
