  • Supporting and promoting the growth of sales results for Ultrasound equipment and services assigned to the (Channel) Partner in the assigned territory by maximizing profitable sales growth and customer satisfaction balancing short and long term business goals

  • Identify and address new business models, customer needs and channel opportunities especially beyond ‘product sales’ moving towards total solutions including training, workflow, design, and financing opportunities

  • Active role in stakeholder management, representing Philips in industry towards key opinion leaders and clinical associations

  • Develop, deploy and execute strategies and tactical (account and channel) plans based on customer needs synchronized and aligned with the Business Units (BU) and the regional office

  • Develop senior and executive customer management level relations with (Channel) Partners and end users

  • Provide support to the (Channel) Partner for business development including joint customer visits

  • Ensure appropriate level of cooperation between indirect and direct channel across the regional level where appropriate to maximize customer satisfaction and results

  • Ensure a consistent and coordinated Philips Healthcare (PH) approach towards (Channel) Partners across all BU and services by: conducting regular sales meetings with Sales Support and BU to review performance of partners, results, forecasting, market intelligence, compliance governance

  • Own the forecast process including funnel maintenance (SalesForce) of the channel in the assigned territory

  • Understand and provide input for the region and cluster business planning exercise: market trends, customer needs (business models, spec’s, price), competitor behavior, potential projects and other relevant business information

  • Responsible that the (Channel) Partner complies with to Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), General Business Practices (GBP) and other applicable PH and legal guidelines

  • Responsible that the (Channel) Partner complies with all regulatory, technical, legal and competency requirements, including but not limited to Partner training, review & audit, improvement & corrective actions, guidance & support as and when required to enable the (Channel) Partner to provide service and support to PH equipment and solutions in concordance with PH standards

We Are Looking For

  • Medical Degree level education or equivalent, MBA from reputable University preferred

  • Prior B2B/B2G experience in the Healthcare space

  • Broad experience in Business development, Sales and Marketing (especially in B2B Marketing)

  • Ideally a background in Radiography

  • Fluent in English, verbal and written in addition to local language

  • Sales & Marketing track record of success with a multinational health care organization preferred

  • Experience in medical technology is preferred

  • Track record of building strong relationships with government officials, regulators and key opinion leaders in emerging markets

  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize investments and drive overall financial performance
