Job Summary:

The Line Manager for FI/HR Master Data Management has an overall responsibility for managing and controlling the day-to-day delivery of master data maintenance as also taking responsibilities as master data Process owner for the Master Data FIHR area with high-quality, within agreed lead times and according to pre-defined service level agreements.

In your role you are responsible for selecting, developing and evaluating personnel to ensure efficient operation of the unit. You will be accountable for the performance and result of one or multiple teams.

A very important part of the Master Data manager’s role is to stay in close contact with the other Master Data Management units and manage stakeholder satisfaction and service level agreements and expectations.

  • Providing input to the strategic planning and translate the strategic plan into unit business plans and implementation
  • Managing and controlling the day-to-day operations of delivering master data maintenance
  • Ensuring high-quality master data in a timely and efficient manner
  • Managing and resolving performance issues
  • Drive continuous improvements
  • Following up and securing the team’s performance targets
  • Developing high performing and motivated employees
  • Drive collective genius (collaboration)
  • Managing a large variety of employees (high diversity including the ability to manage virtually)
  • Manage the unit budget/cost performance
Key Qualifications:
  • With at least 5 yrs experience in using SAP preferably HCM OR FICO module
  • With at least 3 years experience in Master Data Management operations
  • With people management experience
  • Strong ability to interact effectively and influence at all levels of the organization
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
