MAIN JOB PURPOSE:

In order to achieve this, we need Talent Advisor Leads with real vision. As a Talent Advisor Lead, you must be passionate about creating a candidate experience like no other and have the ambition to continuously improve that experience time and time again. This role is designed to lead a team of Talent Advisors in the country or MCO to ensure effective translation of regional strategy into their assigned functions and/or markets. The Talent Advisor Lead will partner closely with business leadership, HRBPs, and other key stakeholders to understand the staffing needs of their assigned business group(s), set the long term vision, and then delivery against that strategy with the support of their team.

JOB SUMMARY

  • Responsibilities and accountabilities for the service in the country including:

  • Translating the regional strategy into the service across the country/countries

  • Partnering with the market HRVP and HR Directors to ensure alignment to the local talent strategy

  • Partnering to Employer Brand Community to translate global strategy

  • Ensuring efficient service delivery and performance against key metrics

  • Landing continuous improvement initiatives across the country/countries

  • Managing the day to day relationship with the outsourced partner

  • Strategy to build targeted pipelines for countries / functions

  • Line management of Talent Advisors

  • Market insights to build labor market expertise amongst Talent Advisors team

  • Optimize sourcing channel spend through cost based analytics

  • Optimize end to end recruitment cost

  • Vendor management

  • Attending internal talent forums and accessing data about availability of internal WL2 talent to become an internal sourcing channel

  • Responsible for WL2 Recruitment

  • Advises line managers on recruitment policies & procedures; external best practice; selection processes, interview techniques

  • Manages internal and external recruitment activities places priority on filling key roles

  • Expert and talent advisor to the business on the external talent market trends and realities

  • Source direct candidates from a variety channels including use of social media

  • Supports full-life cycle recruitment needs including direct sourcing techniques, consultation skills, and compensation

  • Partner with HR Leadership Team, HR Business Partners and Line Managers to achieve agreed talent acquisition objectives

  • Experience in the field of graduate recruitment/talent arena

  • Experience of applying a variety of sourcing techniques (direct sourcing, building preferred supplier lists, recruitment advertising, web tools etc.).

  • Specialist/technical skills to deliver service e.g. tele-interviewing, F2F – interviewing; sourcing channel identification etc

  • Knowledge of the local market

  • Understanding of various sites and the best place to source candidates for their requirement

  • Knowledge about local tools and providers

  • Knowledge about external talent market

  • Understanding of the business, functions and operations

  • Experience working in a complex matrix international/global organization

  • Strong ability to handle multiple task

  • An ability to priorities with a strong delivery mentality

  • IT proficiency

  • Meet local education requirements in related field

  • Proficient in MS Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Access, OneDrive, Outlook, SharePoint etc.)

  • University Graduate

  • 3 – 5 years relevant experience. Significant functional / regional recruitment experience with a proven track record of delivering high quality hires with strong line manager and candidate satisfaction
