General Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be part of IT Application Development and Service Operations Management Team; perform functions from code development, Level 1, Level 2/Level 3 support:

  1. Software development; initiate design, develop new features, provide validation/testing andprovide support rollout of development units

  2. Incident Management ticket creation, dispatch and resolution

  3. System/Application monitoring and reporting

  4. Execution of documented routine requests

  5. Creation of templates for outline tasks

  6. Compliance to account Service Level Agreements and IT Service Management processes

  7. Experience with agile development and methodologies preferred
