Eaton Corporation HR Services Administrator (Benefits) in Tanauan City, Philippines

  • Government liaison for local statutory benefits on claims, concerns, reporting and contributions

  • Perform independent validation of payroll advice and act as immediate back-up Payroll Administrator

  • Support employee lifecycle activities defined in HRS Scope of Work (i.e. Onboarding, Probation Tracking and through the Off-boarding process)

  • Assist during audit activities to retrieve HRMS employee data

  • Process work VISA applications and other admin activities for HRS (office supplies, fleet management, hotel and airline reservations)

  • Conduct sourcing activities and interview scheduling for applicants and hiring managers

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree holder, major in Human Resources, Psychology, any related field or equivalent relevant experience;

  • Exposure to in-house HR management, supporting a manufacturing organization;

  • Data analytical skills required;

  • Payroll, bonus and benefit administration experience - minimum of 2 years;

  • Attention to details, and past work experience in a fast-paced environment;

  • Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written;

  • HR Shared Services and Customer Service experience a plus;

  • Computer savvy
