Description

  • Helps customers think through their whole banking relationship and understand how products fit together

  • Proactively seeks to establish and understand customers’ real needs and expectations

  • Monitors customers’ accounts and provide regular updates and advice on bank services and

  • Promotions through regular calls and meetings

  • Takes full ownership of customers’ requests and proactively follows up on any agreed actions

  • Takes responsibility for resolving issues with customers ensuring complete satisfaction of problem solution

  • Provide excellent customer experience with every customer engagement and drive a high NPS

  • Meets with walk-in customers in the branch

  • Contribute on adding prospective new to bank customers

  • Provides advice and product information to customers, outlining features and benefits

  • Identifies cross-selling opportunities and refers leads to the appropriate channels for follow up

  • Engages the support of specialists to provide technical advice to customers when necessary

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years experience in sales for banking products and services

  • Knowledge of banking products and services as well as exposure to investment products and process would be an advantage

  • Proficient in Microsoft applications
