Ops Support Unit Supervisor

  • The Financial Adjustments Team mainly processes financial requests, entries for CASA, General :Ledgers, Credit Cards and Secured Loans. These are done through Data Entries or GBAT and Flexcube (for ICG transactions). The Team also covers regulatory reporting such as Covered Transaction Reporting through Base 60.

  • Centralized Monitoring Unit mainly processes MPP call backs, phone trade reviews, daily sweeping of Bank accounts, approval of MC payments, etc.

  • The role of the Team Leader is to ensure that all requests are processed timely and correctly by the team. It is also her responsibility to ensure that the necessary controls are in place or being executed for the existing processes.
