Description

  • Performs compliance reviews on sales leveraging calls in accordance with the regulatory and legal requirements set forth by Citibank Australia

  • Performs voice retrieval and systems checking of sales leveraging calls, based on a random sample, to ensure compliance to legal scripting and validation of confirmed sales offers

  • Prepares daily/weekly/monthly MIS to consolidate and summarize irregularities and/or findings identified during the review

  • Proactively reports errors for corrective action and escalates all issues identified in the course of the review

  • Diligently follows through on errors that need to be corrected to ensure regularization of findings within 24 hours upon report

  • Liaises directly with concerned Supervisors and/or Sales Coaches to ensure that coaching / feedback sessions with concerned agents / Customer Solutions Officers are done and appropriate action is taken to address any / all issues raised

  • Completes all training and compulsory courses required for the job / work at hand

  • Has a clear understanding of sales goals and metrics

  • Can act as a customer advocate and is quick to pick up customer triggers to dissatisfaction or objection to sales

  • Has the ability, skills, and knowledge to provide technical and training support for Sales Leveraging-related functions

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year experience as a Process Control Officer, Quality Assurance Officer, CitiPhone Officer and / or has had similar Banking / Audit experience

  • Solid skills in Microsoft Office suite (e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Attentive to detail and possesses analytical skills

  • Exercises service work ethic within the unit through teamwork, camaraderie, and honest communication

  • Proactive in resolving problems / issues raised by peers and / or elevating them to higher Management as needed

  • Can easily build rapport with peers and maintains a positive work attitude

  • Can positively influence and motivate others by exercising effective leadership skills and/or by setting a good example

  • Must have a high sense of integrity and ethical standards

  • Possesses basic sales skills / orientation and can adapt to and/or understand the different types of sales personalities

  • Has strong interpersonal skills

  • Has a performance rating of 3 and above in the last performance appraisal

  • Has not been under PIP in the last 6 months; no any compliance, discipline or performance issues

  • Can be trained to perform cross-functional roles (e.g. Quality Officer functions)
