Description

  • Tracking of hourly offers to ensure AOP AOR goal is met

  • Conducts floor walks to ensure daily sales goals are achieved

  • Conducts Side by Sides to identified middle performers

  • Conducts Sales Quality Assessment to all US CitiCards agents

  • Provides sales compliance training to all US CitiCards agents based on identified issues

  • Provides daily documented coaching to identified agents (outliers and middle performers)

  • Conducts Pre or Post shift Sales Huddles to cascade sales updates and MTD team and agent AOP AOR and PPeC

  • Conducts training on new products and or product updates

  • Palette issue monitoring and reporting

  • Coordinate and plan for sales strategy with their respective OM and UM assignments

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of continuous service in current role

  • Employees who transfer to another program/unit in the same role are required 2 years of continuous service in the role and at least 1 year of service in the new program / unit to be eligible

  • Employees with less than 2 years of continuous service in their current role will need their supervisor’s approval prior to applying for an internal job posting

  • Performance rating of 3-Consistently Strong for the previous Year-End review

  • Has not been subjected to any disciplinary action where the sanction is Final Warning in the last 12 months
