Arvato Bertelsmann Clark - Customer Service Representative | Pre-sales (Business-to-Business) in Philippines
Responsible for providing industry-leading customer service while meeting the quality and schedule expectations of the company's customers. Assists in the development, implementation and support of operational policies and procedures that facilitate the attainment of departmental and organizational goals.
Conduct discussions about Microsoft Products, Licensing, purchase options and etc. with Enterprise-level IT Professionals, purchasers, IT resellers and Microsoft Partners
Identifying sales leads
Responds to general product questions and provide problem resolution
Documents customer outcomes
Escalate complaints or scenarios falling outside the support boundaries through established process
Performs other related duties
High school diploma or equivalent experience
Minimum of 6 month experience in a customer service environment, preferably retail or contact center
Ability to make independent decisions
Excellent organizational skills and follow through discipline
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English or the language being supported
Excellent listening and comprehension skills
Ability to work with complex procedures and program guidelines
Basic familiarity with PCs, including MS Windows Operating System and the Internet
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Access, Excel, e-mail
Independent worker, a self-starter, detail oriented and analytical
Excellent typing skills
Problem solving skills
Able to recognize a sales opportunity and help a customer to achieve their need
Sales/software sales experience is preferred. Sales aptitude a must
Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
Strong technical and research skills (internet, email, database applications)
Demonstrates ability to work as a team member
Ability to manage multiple tasks
Interest in technology, particularly software and server compatibilities, and licensing
