Provides administrative processes support for routine “client services” tasks such as client support processing, updating and verifying parameter requests, and performing miscellaneous internal and client reporting as defined by client services procedures. There is high focus on efficient and accurate processing of assigned tasks.
Primary liaison is with relationship managers in order to provide services as part of the management of the client relationship including support for client business initiatives and associated implementations, in order to ensure client satisfaction is high.
General Duties & Responsibilities:
Serves as primary point of contact with relationship managers for implementation of client parameter requests.
Coordinates with relationship managers and other appropriate areas to ensure client parameter request are properly serviced with agreed SLAs and processes are properly executed.
Assists in the preparation of client monthly service reporting.
Assists in the preparation of monthly and quarterly user access reviews.
Develops knowledge of applicable products, services and company policies and procedures.
Maintains appropriate documentation required for the tasks assigned.
May participate in business reviews to learn about clients’ strategic direction as well as gain a good understanding of the products and/or services FIS is offering.
Shares in developing effective parameter management strategies and solutions for existing and new clients.
Other related duties are assigned as needed.
- A combination of high school education, training or work experience in a related field is preferred.

Strong PC skills with basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Excellent data entry skill
