GIDA

The Global ID Administration (GIDA) is a global organization within Citi Shared Services with 900+ employees located across the globe. GIDA manages entitlement and provisioning of access for internal Citi employees / contractors and increasingly for external Citi clients who are using Citi applications. GIDA works in partnership with Global Information Security to build appropriate security architecture in new apps and supports large business-driven technology projects related to information security issues.

Identity and Access Management Analyst

  • Responsible for fulfilling security maintenance related requests in all banking applications and other systems, which have security module.

  • Process entitlement, compliance review requests and/or incident/change management handling for Citi’s global customer base within established support thresholds

  • Implements already established security procedures within the framework of specific system assignments, focusing on the full scope of GIDA Service Catalog requirements for simple thru complex, multi-tiered applications

FRO

Finance & Risk Operations based in Manila is responsible for managing diverse finance processes such as Systems Operations, Operational Accounting and Balance Sheet Control, Financial & US Regulatory Reporting, Management Reporting, Treasury Reporting and Basel Operations. FRO strives to reduce complexity by consolidating and re-engineering end-to-end finance processes globally through data, process and platform standardization. In partnership with Finance, it executes various process transformation initiatives to support Finance’s journey to become Best-in-Class Finance.

Systems Operations

  • Basic BAU Helpdesk function (Level 1 support)

  • System Configuration (Calendar setup, Source System ID setup)

  • Assist in UAT testing of enhancement

Qualifications

  • Minimum bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information System, Communications Technology, Business Applications or Computer Science

  • Preferably with experience in Information Security Administration environment or related field with customer service experience in data management
