Qualifications:

People Advisory Services advises clients on the design and implementation of total reward strategies, advises on HR and payroll transformation, helps manage HR compliance and risk, provides strategic advice on mobility programs including global immigration services and also offers technology advisory services and project management. The Global Immigration sub service line advises and delivers on the following services:

· Philippines immigration compliance advice and services

· Preparation and lodgment of immigration and work authorization applications filed with the Bureau of Immigration

· Assistance with Consular visa applications filed with foreign Consulate/Embassies in The Philippines

· Document procurement services for Philippine documents issued in The Philippines required for foreign immigration processes

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES

Key tasks of the role will include:

Case management and operations

· Provide first level support for the full end to end immigration process

· Draft communications to assignees and clients such as initiation emails and document requirements or review by Senior Associate/Manager

· Review documents submitted by assignees and clients to ensure that these are complete and

contain required information

· Fulfill day to day case management activity ensuring adherence to quality, risk management, and S A and KPI standards

· Collate documentation for immigration applications, ensuring quality and integrity of document

collation, and safe handling of original documentation

· Pre-empt and identify day to day procedural or delivery issues, and escalate to Senior Associate/ Manager where required with input on potential solutions

· Preparation of reports as required

· Completion of day-to-day activities of ongoing immigration accounts to ensure that required

procedures are being actioned in a timely and efficient manner

· Maintain up to date technical knowledge of immigration legislation and processes

· Ensure the maintenance of up to date client records and files

Stakeholder communications and relationships

· Act as a contact point for applicants and client contacts on allocated clients and engagements

· Manage multiple stakeholder relationships, including assignees, clients contacts, and internal EY

contacts to effectively and efficiently coordinate the flow of communications and case activity

· Identify root cause of procedural errors, and liaise with stakeholders to manage risk of

reoccurrence, though identification of knowledge gaps, ad-hoc training and process analysis

· Build and maintain strong working relationships with applicants, clients, government agencies,

and colleagues

Process management and administration

· Deliver and drive best practice administrative efficiencies across all areas of administration

· Deliver and drive client engagement and subprime set up procedures

· Maintain up-to-date administrative knowledge of processes and sub-processes, appropriate use

of key technologies and immigration database management requirements

· Deliver billing processes including subcontractor invoices, preparation of invoices

· Ensure that all internal processes are adhered to and continually improved

· Participate in ongoing process improvement to procedural and operational issue resolution and

analysis of existing practices

Other

· Work on a variety of special projects as required

· Participate in ongoing process improvement

QUALIFICATIONS/KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS

Qualifications and Knowledge

· 4-year college degree course or equivalent

· Working knowledge of Philippine immigration processes an advantage

· Proven experience in dealing with multiple stakeholders and urgent timelines

Skills

· English language fluency (reading, writing and oral)

· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

· Strong organizational skills

· Ability to multi task, prioritize and manage high caseload volumes

· Communication and negotiation skills, with an ability to manage a wide array of stakeholder

relationships across EY, clients and government authorities

· Ability to work within tight deadlines even when under pressure, while still being able to provide a high level of customer service

· Understand and apply the balanced needs of project delivery
